TORAH READING 

1. עקב / Ekev: The Reward for ObedienceMoses explains that fulfilling God's mitzvot brings material and spiritual prosperity in the Land of Israel. He describes the land as a fertile place blessed with seven special species of wheat, barley, grapes, figs, pomegranates, olives, and dates.

2. וכלת ושבעת / V'achalta U'savata: Warning Against Arrogance 

Moses warns the people not to become proud or falsely attribute their future wealth and success to their own power. He reminds them to always remember God as the true source of their strength and sustenance.

3. זכירות המדבר / Zechirot HaMidbar: Remembering the Past. Moses recounts the history of the wilderness years, focusing on the nation's rebellions and the sin of the Golden Calf. He urges them to learn from these mistakes and remain humble and faithful to the covenant..

HAFTARAH

1 נחמה / Nechamah: The Haftarah of ConsolationTaken from Isaiah 49:14–51:3, this reading is the second of the seven Haftarot of comfort following Tisha B'Av. Zion expresses a feeling of being forgotten by God during exile, but God responds with absolute reassurance.

2. אהבת עולם / Ahavat Olam: God's Eternal Devotion. God compares His deep, unbreakable mercy for Israel to a mother's natural love for her nursing child. The prophecy concludes with a promise of the future gathering of the exiles and ultimate redemption.
